Our stay was in early January so the gas fireplace in the unit was a welcomed plus. We are big fans of Colonial Williamsburg so we greatly appreciated that we could walk to the historic buildings, homes, and shops from the condo. "We had a wonderful family trip to our grandson’s graduation in Williamsburg. The KOALA agent helped us navigate through a cancelled fight and late arrival. The property was very nice and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Exterior property was in great shape. Could have used a small blower to get the pine needles away from the pool and hot tub. We ended up having to change our room at the last minute due to some unknowns with the owner. Seems like the resort should have been able to let the VRBO property managers know earlier.
