"Great staff. So friendly and accommodating. We requested a pack and play and it was all set up in the room upon our arrival. Forgot a toothbrush, and they gave us one, no problem. My grandson woke up early and the staff gave her Cheerios before the breakfast opened. Also requested hot sauce, they went and found some in the back. So nice!!! Great customer service."
