"We so enjoyed our stay, especially given there were no near barking dogs or misbehaving children (we are empty nesters). The property though, needs to have the addition of a TV and DVD movie selections. We brought a portable DVD player with us. This could be easily added to the lower level room. "Every morning I woke up to a new view, from fog settled over the lake with snow blowing by, or bright light glinting off shimmering waters, or pinks and oranges reflecting off white snow.The whole house was like that. Expansive, expressive, accomodating, comfortable, and just wonderful to rest and relax in. There were 5 of us, and it never felt crowded, but it always felt cozy when we all came together to watch a movie or cook dinner.I cannot recommend this place enough!"

"The property was adequate for our needs and we did enjoy our time there together with our family from Canada and it's a convenient location to hit the wineries and breweries in the area. However, even though the house is cute, it is in need of a deep cleaning as the windows and screens were dirty, the stove was greasy and the floors need scrubbing. "Great spot. Took six girl friends for a mom’s weekend off. This house has everything and more! Fire pit, hot tub, deck with amazing views, games and everything you could want in a kitchen. We had coffee and wine on repeat. Would be a great spot in warm months but we enjoyed toasty fireplaces and several sitting areas to hang out and unwind. Did wine tour of the lake and was gorgeous. Margaret was responsive and wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The house was roomy, beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for an overnighter. Really nice place for the price. If you are a neat freak, it may not be perfect for you, but acceptable. The cleaner just forgot to empty the coffee pot and check the dishwasher. A couple items needed to go through again.. Hey, it happens. Loved the neighborhood. We would go again."

"This was a business trip for racing. GPS took us to street below location so I could see the house, but took a few minutes to figure out how to get to the actual street. The street is on a one way road. Great place with the necessary basics. Will continue to rent there in the future for the racing events!"
