The private waterfall was amazing and I could hear it with windows opened and to see the Lake from my perch out the bedroom door was awesome also. It is cabin-like and not modernized - almost like it is stuck in time - but it was a warm and cozy place to come back to after day time site seeing - visiting Cornell, Ithaca, tons of parks and waterfalls - lots to do and see in...

The house is set back from the road and very private which was great for hot tub usage. We really loved having our morning coffee in the hot tub and watching the birds flying around the feeder. Location was great as well, 15 minutes away from the Seneca wine country with dozens of options for wineries and breweries. We had a great stay! "

"The view is breath taking . Unfortunately the couches and bed were extremely uncomfortable. All of the beds are very worn and thin. The springs jabbed into my hips and back all night. My mother in law is 70 years old and she didn’t get much sleep in her bed because of the same. The bedroom off the kitchen has a door that leads into the living room. The doorknob to that door falls off and you have to turn and pull tediously in order to open the door otherwise it falls off and your stuck. While...
