The Local Hostel
2.0 star property

The hostel is along the main road and is near the center of town, but my room was very quiet -- I slept very well. The bathrooms are separate -- the one I used was roomy and the shower was fantastic. Cabin in the woods. Minutes to Watkins Glen State Park, Racetrack & Wine Trail!
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (40)
"The area and location is semi-secluded and close to the state park. The property is clean and well maintained. The outside furniture is unwelcoming and needs to be upgraded. The bedroom does not have heat so it gets alittle cold. Overall the place is nice but overpriced based on what is provided. "

Fully Renovated rural cottage in the perfect spot!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (113)
"This house fit the bill perfectly for our family of four who was visiting for an event at WGI. It is centrally located and only a few minutes away from the track, downtown (and Walmart) and a walk away from the upper parking lot of the state park. We enjoyed the fire pit and ample outdoor space. House was clean and well stocked. Would recommend and book again in the future! "
