"We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The view of the river greeted us as we walked through the doors and we watched the river flow throughout our rainy stay. There were plenty of bedrooms and sleeping options including the finished basement which felt comfy and cozy for the young adults in our group. An added bit of charm were the three gas fireplaces, including one in the dining/kitchen area. The travel into the city from this location was doable and we ran into minimal traffic.Thank you...

"What a wonderful home to spend the weekend in! Our family stayed there for a basketball tournament so we were busy most of the time, but the house was a welcome reprieve during the busy days. It is beautiful, welcoming, and full of character. Plenty of space for all seven of us. Don & Nicole were easy to get in touch with and checked on us throughout our visit. 10 stars would recommend!! "Place was very nice but there were a couple of things that could have been better. First, the lighting is not as bright as shown. All the lights are yellow & not very bright at all. The ceiling fan light in one of the rooms didn’t even work. There were some crumbs left in the couch and there was a nasty stain on one of the bed blankets. One of the bedrooms also didn’t lock. "Was a clean roomy house. Lots of plates and utensils. There is no jetted tub as advertised. It is just a large soaking tub. The shower drain in the small bathroom is very slow to drain. The TV in the master bedroom is not hooked up and has no remote. Very slow to respond on the VRBO app. Overall the house suited our needs for the weekend. Thank you for sharing your home. "
