"My stay at the Best Western in Greenville was EXCELLENT!!!!! First, Ricky at the front desk was great. If there was anything I needed he was on top of it. For example, I needed extra pillows for my fiance. At other hotels I have to explain why I need extra pillows and its always a hassle. However, Ricky said give me a sec and then he delivered the pillows. This is just one example of the type of service he provided for our stay. Second, the continental breakfast attendant Bobby. He was great, he made sure everything was sanitary and clean. Plus, he provided great conversation. Overall, the service was excellent and I recommend anyone staying in Greenville to book with Best Western."
