"The staff was excellent and helpful. When the heat in our suitedidn't work, a staff member responded promptly and fixed the problem. The trouble with the DoubleTree is that it tries to be a 5-star hotel, but the parking lot is terrible, the breakfast food was late and cold, and unit furniture and carpeting was very old an doutdated; not near enough electrical outlets. It's a good 4 star."
