"A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend and absolutely loved it! The access to the water is amazing, plus the sleeping accommodations are perfect for lots of people. The kitchen was also very well equipped and great for cooking for a large group. We had a great time, and I would highly recommend this to anyone! Hope to return soon."

We had just around 25 people at the ceremony, food was catered in. The spot was just the perfect size for an event like this! The beach is a 5 minute drive over. "

"Excellent ! House was very clean, well kept and had lots of amenities. Quiet and picturesque neighborhood. We were 6 adults in town for a wedding and there was plenty of space for everyone. Walking distance to the beach and close to everything else. Our host was a good communicator - very responsive and helpful; was kind enough to allow us an earlier check in so that we could drop off our luggage prior to a wedding rehearsal. Highly recommend."

"Booked this house for our anual family girls weekend. We are a group of women ages 21-90, spanning 4 generations. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The deck, sunroom, kitchen, and living area had ample seating and space for all of us to be together. "Our friend group enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic, walking distance to so many great spots and the beach, right along one of the main bus routes as well (if the bus shows up - slight issue for us). Some of the sheets seemed a little worn/stained, but otherwise the house was very clean and had everything we could have ever needed. The inside gathering spaces may not fit all 12 people, but the weather was great and we just used the backyard as our main hang out spot which was perfect....

"Very clean, well arranged and well stocked house. Great sleeping arrangements with a very convenient ensuite room in the master bedroom for little ones. "This property suited our needs very well. There was plenty of space for us and we used all facets of the rental, from the back deck, to the dock, to the fire pit, to the living room, to the kitchen! The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. There was even a washer and dryer to do laundry! The view in the morning, with the mist rising over the lake and the waterfowl gliding quietly in front of us as we sat on the dock with our morning coffee was splendid! The owner checked in...

"I've never rented such a lovely house in such good condition! The pictures don't do it justice. The stairs lead to a bit of a loft, putting a very high ceiling over the living room, which gives it an airy feeling. The screened in porch is just heavenly. Also, we didn't know it would come equipped with a bike, a ton of beach chairs, boogie boards, Scrabble, cards, etc. Our only complaint had to do with Watch Hill, whose exclusivity translates into a lack of diversity, illegal blocking of beach...
