"An absolutely wonderful property. Tastefully decorated, fully stocked, and comfortable beds. Don't let the outside fool you. This is quite spacious inside with three generous bedrooms on the main floor and a fourth in the finished basement. Plenty of room for the entire family. The interior of the home looks like the pictures on the listing! Not like many properties where the picturres were taken years ago and the current state is in need of repair and updating. "This property suited our needs very well. There was plenty of space for us and we used all facets of the rental, from the back deck, to the dock, to the fire pit, to the living room, to the kitchen! The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher. There was even a washer and dryer to do laundry! The view in the morning, with the mist rising over the lake and the waterfowl gliding quietly in front of us as we sat on the dock with our morning coffee was splendid! The owner checked in...

"The home far exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house is comfortable and perfectly setup for guests. It is a short drive to the beach and other attractions. The kitchen is well appointed and a a great space to cook for a large family. The deck is comfortable (houses a professional grille), and offers beautiful views of the surrounding property. This is a gem and quite unique for South County, Rhode Island. "

"We stayed at Bonnet shores for URI Parents weekend. Three generations were present this weekend and we absolutely adored the great room - which had sweeping views of the water. "Pipers Nest was a great value for the area. We have stayed in nearby properties and this is far superior. Very clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need to just enjoy our relaxing time away. Nice towels and bed linens. It is really two areas on the first and second floor. Master bedroom and bath for us on the ground floor, and upstairs for children and kids. Very well thought out by the builder. We needed some additional ice trays and Thomas was there almost...
