"Overall, I will give this spot 4/5 only because it could use a little TLC but, it is all minor! The yard is super quant and cozy. My wife and I used this spot for our small elopement. We had just around 25 people at the ceremony, food was catered in. The spot was just the perfect size for an event like this! The beach is a 5 minute drive over. "

"We enjoyed our Columbus Day weekend at Amy & James house. It's a beautiful house! Very clean, spacious & nicely decorated. The bedrooms are big especially the master bedroom. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. I liked the idea of the cabinets being labeled. It makes it easier to find things in the kitchen & to put things back where it should be. The backyard is pretty big. "We recently enjoyed a long weekend in RI and this was the perfect rental for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. My sister has some mobility limitations so being able to stay on one floor once she got up the front steps was helpful. My favorite part was the outdoor shower and back deck! The welcome treats were very thoughtful. Thanks for a lovely rental experience. "

"We will ABSOLUTELY be back!!! Kerri is an excellent host who was so communicative from the moment we booked the property! Her home is clean and cozy (two musts for me!!) with little personalized touches that just add to the experience! The location was perfect and the house met our needs. Our only regret was that the nature of our visit to Rhode Island didn't allow for more time to enjoy the house and the area surrounding it; we'll be back when the weather is warmer! "

"The cottage was very nice and well stocked. With 6 children and 4 adults there was plenty of room (the children were in the lower level and adults upstairs most of the time). It was near everything and even within walking distance to many places/businesses. The only negatives were the lack of a hot tub which was in the listing and the location/accessibility of Kelley Beach. Dropping off and picking up 10 people (2 cars) with all of the ”baggage” involved was a bit difficult. Walking to the beach...

"We all loved our week at "Logged Inn!" Amazing She Shed for entertaining, fire pit for s'mores, outdoor shower for beach days, and all the beach gear you could possibly need. Upstairs bedrooms were good for the kids, but low ceilings for grown ups. We loved the place and loved the area!"

"Updated, well maintained home with numerous thoughtful amenities. Central location for everything to do in Rhode Island! Block Island day trip? Ferry 10min away., Newport for a day. ? 30 minutes away. East Matunuck beach 3 minutes away! Parking lot full there? At least 6 other beaches within 10 minutes! Best restaraunt in RI (Matunuck Oyster Bar) 3 minutes away. Host (Alison) VERY responsive. An absolutely perfect place for a Rhode Island vacation!"
