"This property was decorated nicely, was fresh and clean. We had 5 adults and 4 children ages 10-14. The house really wasn't big enough for all of us to sleep but we made it work. We took advantage of the comfortable sofas. I will say though that the children had a blast in the game room! It was a little loud since there wasn't a door blocking the game room from the upstairs living quarters but it was great seeing everyone have a good time. The property manager was great. "We had a group of 5, uncle, aunt, sister, husband and me. It was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on one level. Great for us 69+ with some disabilities. Great location for our visit to Ark Encounter."

"My elderly mother and I stayed here while the flooring in our home was redone. It had everything we needed and was clean. The problems we encountered were the steps leading up to the house and the refrigerator froze everything. My mother could not enter the home without a great deal of help. There is a huge step going into the house that was impossible for her to navigate without a great deal of help. We set the refrigerator at the lowest setting and still everything was frozen.
