"Group of us went to the Ark and stayed here. Within walking distance so we didn't have to pay for parking. Staff was super friendly! We asked if we could use the breakfast room to play cards and they opened it right up for us. We brought in a ton of snacks and played cards for a couple of hours. When we checked out they let us park at the office so we could go to the Ark. Motel itself has had some updates but you can tell it is older. Our rooms were clean so we did not have any problems there. They could use a little more for breakfast items but all in all it was a great stay! "

"This is a much older property, but is kept very clean and has updated rooms. It was great having a balcony to enjoy some very nice fall days. Friendly people at reception. Provided a hot breakfast, which was just ok. Would have no problem with staying again. "
