"I stay here a lot, it is perfect for the central line tube, and I go into London a lot, so it works for me. However, I am aware that the hotel needs some work spent on it, the rooms are a good size, but everything is tired, the shower works but is old, the sink drains slowly, the bed is clean but old - it all just needs a refresh and a bit of love I have never eaten in the restaurant in the evening, the food might be good, but it is just not appealing, again it feels un-loved the staff are nice,...

"Lovely hotel right opposite Windsor Castle. This was a great stopover after flying in from Canada and not wanting to stay in London. The hotel was warm, cosy and very cosy. Great restaurant and very helpful staff."
