"Clean, comfortable hotel BUT for minimalists. If one is trekking thru with multiple bags and stuff, this is NOT the hotel. Rooms are tight yet efficient. There is a restaurant and bar on property with plenty of work/lounge space. Hotel is working distance from St Pauls and British Museum as well as Tube and bus transpo."

"My second time staying. The under the door gap is not sealed to provide complete soundproofing, so when people were going back and forth at 1AM, that did make it quite inconvenient and troublesome to sleep, since the doors shut quite heavily."

"So convenient, located right by customs at south terminal. My international flight was several hours delayed, and I was due to catch the train up to Nottingham. Due to landing late at night, I was able to check in at the hotel, enjoyed a good night sleep, showered and 5 minutes to the train station. I was traveling by myself, so appreciated the location and safety. Be prepared, it’s a small cubby type room. But comfortable. I would use it again."
