"Honestly I’m very upset. Booked originally another location because it was closer to where I needed to go. They moved me last minute to another area in an extremely busy corner. There was noise from street all night long and didn’t sleep for my entire stay. Now they are refusing to compensate me. They put me in a further location which I spent more in cabs and didn’t sleep which resulted in my not having energy to visit city during the day. Really it ruined my vacation!!! "Wow what can i say before i boooed this propery i contacted them they told me lies i wanted balcony with the river veiw but in person they daid its a totally different building i went there to propse to my wife the heaters snd underfloor heating was not working the matinence persoj come many times and the lady at reecption said this same thing hapoend with the heating last week paying so much for a hotel ruined my whole experience and they not even sorry for it very bad service and fake pictures...

"Close to tube, shops, river, restaurants. Stayed during the lockdown and easy to get shopping delivered within an hour of ordering. Plenty of restaurants to order food from nearby. Right next to Ravenscourt Park and a short walk to the river."

"The apartment was clean and spacious. The communication for finding the apartment and checking in was excellent. What took the edge off the stay was that two windows in the living room wouldn’t close properly and so it was noisy. "
