Everything is very much quality - even the taps! The towels, robes, bedding, again, all discernibly high quality. There were lots and lots of towels which made me feel looked after. "Barn Cottage was the perfect venue for our winter get away with friends. The property comfortable accommodated our party of eight. It is tastefully furnished and had excellent facilities including gym, tennis, table tennis and spa pool.Its an easy short stroll into Bamburgh and proved to be a great base from which to explorevthe area. "We would highly recommend this property! Very cozy and homely. The welcome pack of essentials was very much appreciated. There were six of us and two dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us. All bedrooms are a good size. Easy to get to the beaches and surrounding areas. The cottage is located in very picturesque, peaceful surroundings. We instantly felt relaxed and enjoyed our time there immensely. We will hopefully be back and will take our golf clubs next time!"

"The house was mostly comfortable but needs some upkeep. The communication with the host was a challenge and they did not reply to most messages (even an acknowledgment of receipt would be okay). One of the showers we could not adjust the temperature, 2 of the showers had mold. One of the biggest challenges was trying to cook as the cookware is very worn and some of it unusable. It would be nice to have a few basic essentials such as salt and pepper and hand soap upon arrival to get things...
