"I rate my one night stay as good value for money. If budget is the main criteria, you will find this place ok. Several positives as follows: - less than 5 min walk to a tube or train station - fairly clean - good communication - fridge and desk provided - private bathroom - rather warm room temperature (you might want to adjust the radiator as I did) Cons: - it’s located by a main busy road, therefore don’t expect silence (spare pair of disposable ear plugs provided in each room)"

"Clean single bed, kettle and supplies, and en suite which was all I needed. Breakfast was included but was DIY so I didn't bother. This provided a decent option in the area I wanted to stay. Easy walk to Tooting Broadway tube. I did feel the mattress could do with being firmer."
