"This hotel is lovely, room was big enough, nice and clean and great view of Tower Bridge. The downside is the lifts! They do not work well and we ended up walking up the stairs to the 6th Floor because they were just not arriving. The breakfast was also not worth £22 each. However, we would not hesitate to stay again! "
