"Neat and tidy. Conveniently located for our trip. Breakfast was great. Room was sufficient for the two of us. Our first room assigned to us did not have clean sheets but we were allocated a new room immediately. "

"We had two rooms next to each other, the entrance and welcome is 5 star and the overall feel of the place a location near Buckingham Palace makes this feel like a very special hotel. The restaurant gives guests a free token for a drink which is a nice touch and you can mix the bar and restaurant menu which really please my two teens and my mum in her 70s. Something for everyone. Would highly recommend this hotel."
