"Comfortable but basic apartment. Ideal location for our requirements, though could be off-putting if you don’t know the area (I do). Surprisingly quiet and feels much safer than you’d think on first impression. Like most serviced apartments, could do with some tlc. A few hours tidying up decor, flooring etc would make all the difference. No iron. Good price overall. "

"We were greeted by Keith on arrival who showed us in and where everything was ,he even had a fresh pint of milk to go with the coffee and biscuits in the apartment It was very clean and tidy, really well equipped, nice and quiet Short 3 minute walk to the high street and shops and restaurant and just across the road to the sea. Five minute walk to the tram station to take you all along the promenade to all of Blackpool's sites Would 100% book again Thanks Keith "

"TYAN cottage is an absolute gem of establishment. Emma’s hospitality is second to none. Views amazing and change from room to room. Wildlife on your door step. It was absolutely spotless, very spacious with a nice homely feel to it. Kitchen area was really good, all the appliances and accessories we needed. Very comfy & large bed.
