Lots of restaurants and bars around so there's always something to do. Mini bar is free and restock daily, cleaning staff is so friendly. I had no complaints during my stay. Customer sevice was top notch. "

"The property was located in a great area. Less than a minute walk to St. Pancras International station. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions we had regarding the property. We were able to check in several hours earlier than the posted check in time and were even offered a room upgrade! I enjoyed everything about the hotel and all the amenities provided.
