"This place was great. Walked to beach and Nye Beach restaurants, great location. Our dog loved the morning walks. Only comment for owners is that the stove top burners smelled quite bad when heated. Otherwise the place was clean and had a good set of kitchen utensils and appliances. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We found this place to be adequate with a lovely view of the Marina and beyond . It was clean; the bed comfortable but the plastic mattress protector was annoying. Tiny kitchen ok for light feedings. Bathroom in good repair . The steep 3 flights of stairs might be an issue for older folks. The place served it's purpose for us for this trip."

All 5 blinds in the the primary bedroom were broken; 4 would not go up and 1 would not go down. There were no blinds on the glass door leading to the patio. "My wife and I had a lovely stay in this rental. We were here for two nights in late September. The place was clean and well appointed. The access to the stairs that lead to the beach is literally feet away from the back door. The sunset views are spectacular from the window. This is a cozy place for two people. There is a bit of traffic when others in the complex pass by to use the beach access stairway. Everyone was courteous and quiet. It is not a private place."

"Great location near Nye Beach access, the shops and restaurants. The three bedrooms worked well for two elderly couples and our 2 grand children. Both had nice views of the coastline. We loved the balcony as well. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and equipment. Our only complaint was lack of cable TV. It was difficult or nearly impossible to get network television with "the game". Luckily we brought our laptop and and could stream the game that way. Would stay here again."

I LOVE the location of this older complex as it is walkable to so many great restaurants and shops, the stairs to the beach are right outside, and the views cannot be best! This unit really just needs some personal attention and could provide some small basic amenities.
