Also quick adjustment to the front door would be helpful to neighbors - it is loud trying to shut from outside. These fixes will make it perfect!"

"This condo has breathtaking views, is a stones throw from Rogue Brewery and crab docks, and is next to a beautiful, flat, paved 1/2mile path to the beach! It is so close to everything we love about Newport, primarily Nye Beach and the historic downtown area on the bay.The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for toiletries and cooking. There were ample dishes, glassware (including wine and cocktail glassware) and cookware. There was no syran wrap, foil or ziplocks but...

"This place was great. Walked to beach and Nye Beach restaurants, great location. Our dog loved the morning walks. Only comment for owners is that the stove top burners smelled quite bad when heated. Otherwise the place was clean and had a good set of kitchen utensils and appliances. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We found this place to be adequate with a lovely view of the Marina and beyond . It was clean; the bed comfortable but the plastic mattress protector was annoying. Tiny kitchen ok for light feedings. Bathroom in good repair . The steep 3 flights of stairs might be an issue for older folks. The place served it's purpose for us for this trip."

"The condo had a lovely view of the ocean, nice finishes and was clean. However, we were disappointed in the rest. We booked it based upon the 'luxury oceanfront' marketing. All 5 blinds in the the primary bedroom were broken; 4 would not go up and 1 would not go down. There were no blinds on the glass door leading to the patio. Not conducive to enjoying the views, blocking out light while sleeping or privacy. The fireplace did not ignite/work. The pillows, sheets, bedding, towels were very...

"Great location near Nye Beach access, the shops and restaurants. The three bedrooms worked well for two elderly couples and our 2 grand children. Both had nice views of the coastline. We loved the balcony as well. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and equipment. Our only complaint was lack of cable TV. It was difficult or nearly impossible to get network television with "the game". Luckily we brought our laptop and and could stream the game that way. Would stay here again."
