"The property was very well maintained. Great layout especially for our group because of the need for bedrooms to be separate.Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils but lacked kitchen dish towels or a dish washcloth but improvised with a bath towel and washcloth… Beds were very comfortable and the extra pillows on each bed was wonderful!!"

"This property was one of the few that met our needs for a 4 bedroom for 3 couples and a toddler. We reached all activities in the area with a 20-30 min drive. Shopping was located about 10 minutes away. The resort was very clean and secure, with a 24-hour staffed guard gate. The check-in process was slow, about 40 minutes on Friday ~5pm. "We deided to take a vacation to Williamsburg to visit Busch Gardens. We found this fabulous condo at the Kingsmill resort that allowed pets. When we arrived we were surprised at the size and location of the condo. The resort is a beautiful wooded location with a police security service and a 24 hour guard post manned by police. The area is like a mini town with a country club (not part of the rental) and a lake and a small beach. We found the condo to be quite comfortable with a very homey...

"This was our 2nd time staying at the resort. We first came in 2013 when our kids were younger. We came back because we were familiar with the resort and liked the location. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was quite accommodating with any issues. For instance, they were only a text away when we asked for a few new clean towels and delivered them on time. The pool area was nice after a long, hot day at the local attractions. It’s great to have a condo like this on a family...

"We had a great two night stay while visiting Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. The condo was very clean, plenty of space for us all, nice furnishing and comfortable recliners too! Such nice goodies left for us like chips, chocolate, coffee and shower gel. A few laundry pod and dishwasher pods made thing simple too. Comfortable beds and overall a great visit!"

"Overall stay was good! Communication with property owner was good. Easy fast check in. The condo was a little dirty, shower tub in master dirty, stained, and some soap scum buildup. Didn’t provide enough towels or washcloths for number of people or nights. Never found any extra blankets or pillows.
