There was a lot of parking available and the convenience of a few restaurants makes it an ideal location. I gave property condition a 4 star ONLY because the pool was not operational. "Even though the hotel is close to 95 south, it is a very quiet hotel. We were on the side next to the road. Room was huge. Well appointed. We checked in at 6 pm and checked out at 2 am and I was impressed there were two desk clerks that were extremely friendly."

"Parking may be a little tough due to people dining at the nearby restaurant, but dont let that deter you. Great service, lovely lobby with handmade boat, nice Keurig coffee bar, and a back entrance to the boardwalk/dock. The king room was roomy and comfy, and the shower was huge. Access to the restaurant is a breeze (and it's worth visiting - the food was delicious and the service top-notch)."
