"Location was perfect and a very friendly staff, however I had to call down on day 3 because the room had not been cleaned even once. The Valet parking scratched my rental car and as of yet has had no response on how this would be fixed "

"Hilton Hawaiian Village is becoming a little tired. The tiki torches no longer are lit. explanation is there are gas leaks! Ali tower pool needs maintenance. Dean at the Ali Tower reception desk was excellent! I would definitely come back. "
