"The valet was such a great feature, it seemed steep at first but when you weigh it next to the convenience it offers it’s worth the cost. Breakfast was great, the staff was helpful and kind and the rooms were clean and well attended. My family and I will definitely be staying at more Hyatt hotels in the future. There is a Starbucks in the lobby across the street which was also a great way to start each day! "

"I loved the location: it was easy to access by the #20 bus, and felt "in the thick" of Waikiki, but it wasn't in the extremely crowded section further to the south. It was just crowded enough that the city felt vibrant but not choking. The rooms themselves were clean and had everything we could have hoped for - including a mini fridge and a microwave, which I wasn't expecting but was a pleasant surprise! I think this hotel is a sweet spot in terms of location and cleanliness, and I could see myself coming here again if I were to return to waikiki."

"We were there for 10 days and really enjoyed the hotel. It was conveniently located across from the beach. It had a couple of great restaurants on the premises. We really enjoyed the Maui Brewing Company. Great staff, great rooms and great location. "
