"We slept like babies at night after spending days at north shore beaches. The beds were clean and comfy an with AC if we needed it but we rarely did as the weather is always perfect. "On our 10 day stay, we were first assigned a suite with a couple of issues (noise, inconvenient bathroom design etc -thus 4 stars instead of 5.) So we asked to change rooms. It took a couple of days but the staff was able to provide us a similar suite which suited us much better. In all, the accommodations were quite good, every member of the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to our requests. - all excellent. "
