"This was the perfect home to rent for my 5 grandboys. At the fun ages of 10, 5, 2.8, and twin 19month olds, this place nailed it! The large family room attached to the bedroom with (2) bunk beds and a day bed along with a pool and plenty of floating devices was the highlight for my grandboys. They were delighted about having their own space with a popcorn machine and plenty of games/toys/tvs. The kitchen was more than what we expected. Plenty of everything you need to cook for 4 adults and 5...

"Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."
