"Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."

"Great home and location. Perfect for my family of 4 and big enough to have over a few guest over if you wanted too. Nice back yard. Great for small kids. The playground was perfect for my 4 year old. The neighborhood ok but the fence and gate along with security cameras put you at ease. I would definitely stay here again. Katia was a great host and felt like family. "

"the house is located in a beautiful area close to restaurants & stores. lived all the beautiful trees in the neighborhood.our pups loved the big fenced in backyard. lots of shade and perfect for playing fetch with the balls provided. house had most everything we needed. only thing missing for us were hangers in closets and an ice cream scooper. we really enjoyed out weekend stay and would definitely stay again. "If you’re visiting Crawfordville, I cannot recommend this home enough. Sarah was an incredible host - communicative, helpful, and extremely dedicated to addressing any minor issue we had. The house is beautiful, private, and tucked away down a long driveway. A short walk away is a public dock with kayaks - we took these out several times.
