It was my daughter's birthday, and I had cupcakes delivered, but someone else took them. The staff sent my daughter a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. "Walk to the Alamo and Cathedral along the River. Enjoyed the on location restaurants and walled to other establishments all along the River. Fun trip. The staff was warm. I enjoyed the feel of the place. Views of the Riverwalk are plentiful. "

My only complaints are that the room didn't come with any soap (no hand soap, dish soap, or dishwasher soap) or any other items except for the shampoo/conditioner/body wash on the wall of the shower. I don't know if that was standard or if they just forgot to put the items in my room. Also, my coffee maker did not work - not a big deal since they have...
