"What an excellent stay. The palazzo was the highlight of my trip. The hotel is beautiful old world Italian classic but chic style. Each room is beautifully decorated. I was in the blue room. The dining room always has snacks, and water, along with the living room areas. The service was impeccable. Morning breakfast tailored to your needs.The location is on point, smack in the middle of town."

"Walking distance from all shops and main city attractions. Very safe. You can hear all the noise from people going in and out since it’s an old structure but very secure and easy to get to everywhere within walking distance. Nice RR and great AC. "

"Our family of four rented the deluxe apartment, which included the kitchen. It was a great location, very clean, and convenient to everything. The sofa wasn’t super comfortable for sitting on, but that’s kind of minor. "

"I loved the location of this property. The host was helpful and always responded back to me quickly in WhatsApp. The only negative is that the room is on the 2nd floor and the window faces what I believe is a dumpster area. This makes for very loud mornings when trash is being collected. Bring ear plugs. The tickets for breakfast for the cutest little shop around the corner. Very nice!"

"Check in was a puzzle!! I felt safe afterwards because there were so many steps, phone call, text, locks and keys. You will be safe during a riot or zombie apocalypse. No one can get in. There is no staff. There is no services. It would be considered a luxury if there was staff and services. "Dusche kaum Wasserdruck, sicherlich 30-45 Minuten laufen lassen um auch nur ansatzweise warmes Wasser zu haben. Es waren auf Spiegel und anderen Stellen noch Barthaare des Vorgängers zu finden, es wurde also nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Lage ist dafür großartig und das Zimmer in Summe ganz hübsch eingerichtet."

"Excellent stay at the Duomo hotel. We were greeted by a friendly knowledgeable staff that helped us find restaurants, specific shopping, call taxis, and more. The view and setting was amazing. The rooms were nice and very clean. The location is fantastic. Best hotel ever! Breakfast was amazing, the pancake machine was fun. We had 2 different rooms one with a duomo view and one with a courtyard "view". The Duomo view was definitely a nicer room with a better view but there was more noise. The courtyard view was really quiet so we got a much better night's sleep."
