"It was awesome! 5th floor with a lift. Perfect location to watch New Years fireworks. Marusca was excellent host. The apartment was just as advertised. We recommend highly!"

"Location of this place is outstanding, a nice easy walk into the center of the historical area and to a small nearby food market. The apartment is nicely furnished with primarily antiques, spacious and welcoming, though a bit musty smelling. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. We continuously had problems with the Wi-Fi service, and though the owner was promptly responsive in regard to checking in and out there was zero response to our Wi-Fi questions. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a small kitchenette. There was a laundramat on site which was great. It us conveniently located if you have a car. The kitchenette had a small refrigerator, a mucrowave, and a cooktop. No oven. "

"My mom and I loved our stay at the Palazzo Mannaioni in Florence. Roberto made us feel safe the minute we entered the Mannaioni and was very knowledgable of the area and accommodated anything we needed. The suites were in a great location, and the place was pristine. "

"Perfect location, walkable to all the sights we wanted to go to, and many restaurants around. Room is very comfortable. All the staff were friendly, and speaks english. We were glad we chose this hotel, and river view. We will definitely book this hotel again the next time we come to Florence. "

"We stayed in a huge corner room that was a fun mix of historic (exposed stone) and designer (multicolored marble bathroom), and we could see the Duomo’s campanile from our window. Staff was exceptional— helpful, responsive, and friendly, Location was great — Uffizi, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, etc. were easily walkable, and restaurants and shopping opportunities abound. Good breakfast."
