"Wonderful stay in a fabulous location. Our host drove down to the main parking lot and picked us up along with our bags so we didn’t have to climb the stairs. She was lovely - providing a map with where to go/what to do and where to eat. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of local pastries and fresh juice and delicious cappuccinos. Everything was perfect - would definitely recommend a visit to gorgeous Ragusa. "

"I hurt my foot walking around the town and the staff was so helpful and attentive, they extended my stay at same rate and got me ice packs, they ware all very attentive "

"This hotel is perched above the town and has a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees, and views of the duomo, town and valley. It's a lovely, quiet place and it even has parking about 5 minutes up the hill, which is impossible to find in Ragusa Ibla. The staff are very gracious, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was so quiet, and the bed was very comfortable with a mattress topper. We highly recommend it. "

"The staff was so wonderful and warm to (Jaime Melo and Sal and Nonno Baglieri) special gratitude to Ritonela Federico and Biagio. They helped beyond expectation to all our needs. Changing of room was done immediately and smoothly. We all felt so welcomed and would promote this great Family resort to everyone who appreciates peace and quiet and amazing staff. "Beautiful hotel rooms. The staff was wonderful. Hard to find in the back roads. Only complaint would be the towel situation. They wanted to charge us 5eur to exchange from a pool towel to a dry one . You only get 1 same towel per person for 2 days . Very strange . "
