"This is a wonderful property in a great location. I don't think anything was more than a 25 minute walk, most things closer. Giangi, the owner, is extremely helpful, efficient and speaks English well. The Junior Suite is very comfortable and well appointed. The little table and chairs, end tables, couch and comfy chairs, as well as the balconies on two sides are nice. Naples can be loud but with the windows fully closed the sound is mostly muted. The show over very large tub is also a nice touch. Also the common areas are nice. Plugs, table and fast Internet if you need to work, research or watch movies on your devices. Nice espresso machine, tea service and fridge for guests to use. One thing to note, this is on the second floor (3rd floor to Americans, the bottom floor in Europe starts at 0). The floors are very tall and there's no elevator. If you have difficulties with steps you might want to consider staying elsewhere. Otherwise this property is an incredible value."

"This is a hidden gem. It is close to the Napoli train station so super easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the attention to details. It put a smile on my face to see such thoughtfulness! I loved it so much that when my plans changed I went back and stayed there again!"

"Let me start with the fact that I don’t like Naples. But this hotel is like an island inside the not so inviting city. Used to be a real palace that turned into a luxurious hotel. When you walk to your room you really feel the royal atmosphere. Everything is new, clean and of excellent design, inside and outside the room. And the service is one of the best I’ve seen in many countries. The perfect choice if you ever in Naples. "

"Very convenient to Napoli Centrale transit center, located at a very busy and noisy intersection in central Napoli, but the whole point to staying here is to be in the heart of the city, if you want quiet and serenity the train station is 5 minutes away. Inside the rooms are clean and comfy, and excellent value for the tariff, will definitely stay here again."

"The staff and the condition of the property was great. We were here because of an early flight out of NAP and the property is close. Found the property to be clean and more upscale than many small hotels in Naples. They arranged for our early car to the airport and it went smooth as silk despite people still out celebrating NYE at 3:30 AM! Great pizza place 2 doors down. We felt lucky to find this place."
