"Very clean and well-equipped apartment in the heart of the city. There were even some extras, like cream and coffee (and Prosecco for a NYE toast!) The location was really great with good access to train station and many restaurants and attractions. Claudia was very easy to communicate with. Only reason I gave a 4/5 for check in was that when our taxi dropped us off we waited for 20 minutes to be let into complex - only when another tenant arrived were we able to get through the main gate....

"Upon entering the property you can see every effort is made to make the guest feel at home. Many of its features are broken, unfortunately. The hotplates didn't always work in the morning.
