"We came an hour and a half earlier than I had communicated to the owners. They immediately came to meet us to open up for us. Very friendly. The property is in walking distance from the airport (just a few minutes), which was great as we had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. They wanted us to pay cash, which wasn't a problem for us, but is something I wish I had known beforehand."

"For the price this accommodation is excellent. We were able to check in early, Simone stayed in touch throughout our stay. Breakfast is what you’d expect in Italy. "The actual room and common area to get to rooms was very very clean! I really appreciated that. However, they didn’t listen to the do not disturb sign. I don’t really like people touching my stuff so this was a little bit annoying. The property is about 3 blocks from the breakfast place and they give you tickets for a free coffe and croissant each morning. The breakfast place is in a nicer area because it’s very close to the main train station, but where the actual place is, is NOT a nice area....

"Just to be clear, this is a regular flat within a residential compound divided into 5 seperate rooms sharing a kitchen. It's below ground level with limited sunlight. If you can get past that, it's quite convenient only a short walk from Materdei station and Via Toledo so can't complain much about negatives. Still a bit pricey for what it offers. The owner Luca is quite helpful and suggested excellent osterias in the area "
