It may be a little hard to launch your boat at the private boat ramp at low tide, but it worked great for us at higher tides. Having your own boat ramp right there is very convenient. "We needed a bigger place to host all of the family we had coming in for the holidays. This house was close to perfect for us! We cook a ton and baked our Christmas cookies there, so I did bring in some of our own cookware to be sure we had plenty. We also brought in our own Christmas decorations to make it feel Christmasy (The neighbors probably thought we were moving in!).
