"Comfortable"

"We were the first to stay in our room, at this brand new hotel. Everything was of course clean & new. The only complaint we had was the lights in the living room area came on any time we walked in. That’s where our son was sleeping so it was inconvenient if we went in to get a drink or went through to get to the bathroom at night. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the auto light off. Other than that we had a great experience & will definitely there again! "

"There was a huge bug on the desk and the bathroom ceiling had caved in with a mess all over the toilet and floor! We immediately checked out and they would not give us a refund for that night.There were some scruffy looking guys cooking over a portable grill in the parking lot. One of the desk workers looked like she was dressed for mardi gras."
