The building is poorly maintained. The elevator from the parking to the lobby is in need of maintenance. The area outside the hotel appears unsafe at night.There is no microwave in our room. The shower only had a too-hot setting. The handle shower is also falling apart. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging.

I thought double tree’s association with Hilton meant facilities would be clean and properly maintained. I’m not expecting chocolates on my pillow, but thought the elevators would be in working condition, and you know, room’s clean. My mistake, and lesson learned! Sheraton has always been a good experience, I should have just booked there (will do in the future!)

Pleasent and comfortable stay ,hotel staff are very helpful and friendly ,added feature they have a free shuttle service around town if you need to go anywhere ,sadly their swimming pool is no longer in use.
