"Worst experience in my travels! Arrived late at darkened building with no signage of place at entrance. Impossible to enter; however, store owner next door opened entrance and pointed to dark area to go to. I entered a darkened plaza area, walked down corridor, and knocked on guest door. "Its 550m from Milan Central station and comfortable for my family to stay 6 nights.. All our local tours and its buses start from Milan station. Great Chinese restaurants around. The only missing item are dresser mirrors in both rooms. Only 1 aircon remote control works. Soemehow, it managed to get the warm air for all rooms. It is a corner ground floot unit wirh the kitchen and main bedroom facing the refuse collection area. At 6-7am, it becomes noisy when the refuse are cleared. Other times...

"Had a good stay! Everything was clean. However, the door to the apartment was a bit challenging, it would get stuck often and was difficult to open at times. The biggest advantage was the proximity to the central train station. So it was easier to go on day trips from Milan! Overall, it was a pleasant stay, would recommend! "

"A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"I stay at Residence Le Querce quite often. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love that I am able to prepare food for myself (the grocery store next door is very convenient for this). And the staff are always friendly."

"This place would great for preteens. Climb up snd down some steep stairs to loft double bed. Extremely low ceilings in the loft. Concrete floor down in main floor with a treacherous, hard to see step to small kitchen area. Would totally not recommend this place for anybody over 40 or any sort of mobility issue. ........... Very quiet. Nice neighborhood within walking distance metro a m d tram. Great air."

"Wow what a stunning apartment will def be back "

"No heat, only a small radiant electric heater. Which had a broken control housing. No blanket for the uncomfortable fouton. (A Foam matress cover on top of sofa under a fitted top sheet would go anlong way to increase comfort) Toilet seat was broken Mold on ceiling above the AC unit. No frying pan. No dish soap, no scouring pad. Outlet on wall next to "kitchen area" not secure it pulls out of the wall. Light ficture in kitchen area is 5'5" from the floor. WATCH YOUR HEAD. One set of towels...

"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...

"Great Hotel, we have stayed there a number of times now. It’s really close to the Central Station for easy transport in from the Airports (we usually use a bus which stops at the side of the central Station) but it’s also really close to the underground, a short ride on the M3 and you’re in the Centre of Milan. The hotel itself is clean and quiet with very good staff. Rooms are very good, from the basic room to the superior rooms, not done a suite yet, but they look good on the website. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a couple rather than a family. "

"Great location, very near the train station and subway. The hotel itself was a bit hard to find at first but once we got there and made a note of the location, it was easy to access. Room itself was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfy and the restaurant food was good for dinner. Reception wasn’t super helpful with questions but that could have been a language issue. Overall we had a great stay."
