"We arrived to check in around 4 pm and while standing in line were greeted by the concierge. He was very friendly, upbeat and helpful. We were checked in by Ivy who was fantastic and so helpful. The room was fine, just what you would expect. Comfortable bed. Room service was quick and prompt. Easy walking distance to restaurants. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was great. ALL of the staff at every level greeted us. Each and every person working at the hotel, the concierge, restaurant staff, they were all amazingly kind and helpful. We really appreciated that as it made us feel welcome and happy to return there for our next visit."

"Stay was great. Staff is fantastic. Hotel room is not fancy, but is clean and works for what most people need and is a good price. I've stayed here before and would do again if I am in the area again. The only thing I didn't like is that I was close to the elevator and so it was much louder in the hallway at bedtime (with people coming and going). I wouldn't recommend staying in one of those rooms. "

"Great business stay. Front desk staff very helpful. Had one brief issue with my room key, but staff was timely in fixing the issue despite it occurring near a staff shift change (my assumption, approximately 5:30). Food expansion would add a ton, but there are tons of walkable options."
