"My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend for our anniversary. I called ahead to request a high floor with a view and they really came through with one for me. We were overlooking the Tower Bridge and had a nice bottle of brut with some macaroons to enjoy, along with a nice note asking us to feel at home. My only gripe would be the elevator in the morning. Sometimes it would take 15 minutes to get to the lobby. Other than that, great location and warm, welcoming staff. "

"One night stay for sightseeing and the theatre. Found easily,staff very friendly (free fruit, sweets, biscuits and water offered when arrived). Room was small but had everything you could need, including fridge and hairdryer. Bathroom was brand new and very clean. Slept well, pillows could be a bit deeper. Good choice at breakfast. Few signs would be good as unaware there were baked beans until saw someone had them. Also put warm milk in my son's cereal! All in all good hotel, quiet location...
