Absolutely amazing stay in the heart of the west end. I could walk everywhere in central London, it was quiet despite being in a bustling part of town. Public transport options are basically unlimited. I could book plays last minute because I was right there. Had a great time!

The property is well maintained. Location is perfect , we were able to walk to quiet a few attractions. I believe we had queen bed in reservation , we got 2 doubles instead which are tucked side by side. Not sure if that is standard practice but that was a little uncomfortable to share. I will give 10 stars for the staff at the front desk and breakfast area, always approachable and responsive.
