"The woman checking us in was a little snippy, we arrived early 1:20 and check in was at 2:00 when we asked if we could check in early she said no (and thers a reason for that) she was more interested in her phone than anything else. "

"Beautiful and impressive mansion like staying inside a castle. I was impressed with all the antique furnitures. That was a treat for me. I was grateful for the talk after breakfast about the history of the place. Downside was that some staff services and the logistics could have been better. The hair conditioner bottle was indeed shampoo. My dietary preference at breakfast didn’t make it to the kitchen staff (or it was ignored/ forgotten). Staff Couldn’t find the key to my room upon check in. "

"I’ve stayed here often, but not that recently. It not an unclean place per say, it’s just dated, old looking!"

"My stay was awesome the front desk was helpful and accommodating they greeted you with a smile. The housekeeping staff was very friendly all but the last one we had on check out. She was very rude to my fiancé when he ask questions she pointed never spoke a maintenance guy in return help answer his questions. I decided to still give this hotel five stars. As for the rude house keeper she just didn’t get the top i intended to leave after cleaning up the room trying to help her😊"
