"Clean , comfortable, with well equipped kitchen for communal use , great roof terrace . Good supermarket 5 minutes walk away , Aldi 20 minutes walk away . Bus numbers 21 to 24 to and from the railway station and also serve the city centre. Pleasant 25 minute walk to the Roman Arena . "

"This was a spacious, clean, convenient and affordable property in the heart of Verona that we stumbled upon, and I am so glad that we did!! The unit layout is modern inside a historic building with a view of the arena and the delightful Osteria Puntara just around the corner. We chose the shated bath on the recommendation of one of the earlier guests and were do pleased with the large and beautful bath that was on site. "Spacious room, but very sparsely furnished, although functional. Beds were more like cots. Breakfast was good. Great location & within walking distance of R & J balcony (a big disappointment btw!) pouring rain & free parking area up the hill was muddy & filled with huge potholes. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English."

"Arrived a day late due to transport problems. Couldn’t contact them by phone, sent several messages, no one replied! Expedia helped with contact eventually. On arrival at the place we found it was more like a house share, even had a shared bathroom, with the owners son. The plug wall sockets were hanging off the wall! The owner seemed very nice but I had my 10 year old granddaughter, we both felt a little uneasy. We actually left without sleeping there, we got a hotel down the road with...

"Without a doubt the best B & B we have ever stayed in! It was so welcoming and so relaxing. Wonderfully close to everything. Room super comfy, clean and all is nicely decorated. Breakfast was delightful --- set up in a small sitting area with great coffee, orange juice, fresh croissants, fresh fruit and other assorted goodies. Owner is so friendly and helpful and enjoyable to chat with. We will definitely be back! "

"The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again."

"Just in Verona for a quick overnight and wish we had more time after enjoying this hotel and its great location! Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, beautiful piazzas, and the train station. Hotel staff was friendly and gave wonderful options for a few restaurants nearby. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, had fabulous ambient lighting and a fairly large bathroom and perfect waterfall shower! "

"Giovanni at the front desk was Súper courteous and nice! I don’t like the breakfast poor choices, too Many sweets wasn’t good neither, the egg was runny and the bacon under cook and the crosaint over cook! Also the shower was slippery almost fell"

"Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."
