Great location & within walking distance of R & J balcony (a big disappointment btw!) pouring rain & free parking area up the hill was muddy & filled with huge potholes. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English."
