"The hotel is in a decent enough area, nice & central for all the hiking in the area. It was clean and the staff is pleasant, helpful and seem to genuinely care about the property & guests. Andrew was REALLY helpful and cool, he gave all kinds of advice on where to go and traveling the area with the winter storms that hit up by Flagstaff while we were there... we didn't get to see the Grand Canyon as planned. "They were in process of remodeling some of the rooms at the time of our stay so there was a few rooms under construction. However this did not disrupt our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive we enjoyed our stay"

"The condo was much more spacious than the photos online! Beautiful property with fountains and landscaping. We were traveling on vacation with kids and enjoyed the amenities like mini golf, table tennis, basketball court, and daily activities. We appreciated getting notified that the pool was under construction prior to our stay. We also loved that the property was close to hiking trails and the downtown, but far enough away that it was quiet. We highly recommend the property and would love to come back for a full week."
