"Rooms are very dated and were not overly clean. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. Key pick up is also a disaster as they handle the keys for many...

"Great location, only 15 minute walk into the town. Property super clean, pool area fab and lots of grean space! Only minor but useful to have some baby safety, eg stair gate in apartment and something on the balcony as gap under the railings. Overall great stay!"

The shower "tools" was partially broken and the shower cabin itself something "dark" (lighting just in the middle of the bathroom). "The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again."
