"The hotel was clean and helpful. They gave us a tour at no additional charge and even kept our luggage safe for us after we had checked out. The only issue I had was the hairdryer didn't work. Other than that, I would say it was an excellent stay!"

I explained that if they could accommodate us, the room did not have to have a canal view. The staff told us to continue with our plans and when we return, stop by the desk for new keys. When we came back, our belongings were already transferred. The new room was perfect, and it still had a canal view... Very impressive service. Id definitely recommend this property and would...

"We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "
