"We stayed here in March 2025, in one of the top-floor apartment rooms. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great (especially the coffee!) The hotel's location in Lido is quiet and relaxing, with considerably fewer people around. I would say that the bar is somewhat over-priced (perhaps this is a Venice issue), but I had cheaper drinking in other hotels on my trip. "Excellent hotel fantastic amenities and staff couldn’t do enough. Used the main restaurant at night and the lounge bar during our stay. Food was excellent. Breakfasts were amazing and not rushed. If you just want to relax and distress then this the place. Would I return? Most definitely. "

"This hotel is a very short walk from the boat stop (about 7-8 minutes) Lido can be reached directly from the airport. Firstly I loved Lido and the vibe, nice restaurants, houses, clean streets. The hotel was easy to find. I was lucky as my room was ready early and I was allowed to check in early which was appreciated. My room was for a single person and it was very cosy and nice. "Really enjoyed our time there. Loved the smiles and service that the stafff gave. Made us cappucinnos which was good quality in the morning. It is in Lido (last ferry stop) so it's situated far from touristy areas, if you like that. The room like most Italian budget friendly stays are small but adequate. There seems to be a bit of slant on the flooring, a little uneven, but it did not affect our sleep. "
